Rest, grace, and the reset

Rest

God rested on the seventh day, and He calls you into that rest. At setup you can choose a weekly Sabbath — one true day of rest in Jesus, kept for you automatically. The same day every week, or chosen week by week as life moves.

Grace

Because God is gracious, every plan carries grace days — choose up to three at setup. When a day slips, grace covers it before the count does. The point was never the number; the point is the Lord.

The reset

Some challenges are forty days straight; some are shaped around rest. There is no right or wrong way — let the Lord lead. When a day is truly missed and grace is spent, the challenge returns to day one. That is the point, not a gotcha — a thing that costs nothing to keep proves nothing when it is kept. Your history and your entries are never deleted; the count simply begins again.

“And those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires.”

Galatians 5:24 (ESV)
